*The Industry Essentials Track is designed as a structured entry-level pathway within the INDURA framework, focusing on foundational exposure to digital documentation, compliance awareness, operational reporting practices, and commercial documentation fundamentals relevant to industry environments.
The programme is delivered through focused online sessions incorporating guided hands-on exercises and structured presentation-based participation. Certification under this track is completion-based, requiring full attendance and active engagement in applied activities. It does not involve extended portfolio assessment and does not confer professional practice rights under any external professional body.
Strategically, the Industry Essentials Track functions as a mass-participation and sponsor-supported training model within INDURA. It provides institutions with a scalable readiness solution while serving as a preparatory progression pathway into the Professional Certification Track, thereby supporting structured digital industry readiness development.

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION TRACK
The Professional Certification Track under the INDURA framework is structured as an advanced competency-based pathway designed for practitioners seeking applied, defensible, and industry-aligned documentation capability. The certification stream operates as a curated small-cohort programme, activated upon reaching a minimum of 10 confirmed participants and capped at a maximum of 20 participants per cohort. This structure ensures guided supervision, structured feedback, and practical evaluation integrity.
Each certification module is delivered through an intensive 8-hour executive session followed by a 1-month applied industry task. Participants are required to complete structured documentation assignments aligned with real industry scenarios, including portfolio submission, compliance mapping, audit-trail structuring, or tender documentation exercises, depending on the selected certification stream.
Certification under this track is assessment-based and issued only upon verified completion of the applied task and portfolio review. The programme emphasises documentation defensibility, compliance traceability, operational accountability, and risk-sensitive commercial practices within industry contexts.
Activation & Scheduling Policy
This cohort will be activated upon reaching a minimum of 10 confirmed participants (maximum 20 participants per cohort).
The programme will commence within three weeks of activation confirmation.
Confirmation of interest at this stage does not require any payment, deposit, or financial commitment. Participants will only be formally invoiced once the cohort is officially activated and the programme schedule is confirmed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Participants may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Refund requests made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled programme date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days before the programme commencement date.
However, registration may be transferred to another eligible participant upon written request.
GSEI reserves the right to reschedule the programme in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered transfer to the next available session.
